Orders placed over weekends or during official United States public holidays will begin processing on the immediate next business day.
2. Transit Time & Delivery Terms
To offer a diverse, modern catalog of shoes at highly competitive rates, we work alongside trusted global footwear fulfillment partners and domestic carriers.

3. Shipping Charges

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all footwear orders shipped across the United States. No minimum purchase threshold, hidden handling fees, or promo codes are required at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your shoes are handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your custom tracking number and tracking link. Tracking details typically become live and traceable online within 48 hours of dispatch.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. NextStride is not responsible for deliveries that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations outside the United States.
6. Duties, Taxes, and Fees
All prices on NextStride are displayed before tax. Applicable state sales taxes will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address. NextStride is not responsible for any additional local carrier fees or custom handling charges applied post-shipment.
