1. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my shoes? Our estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–15 business days. This includes an order processing and handling time of 1–3 business days. In total, you can expect your package to arrive within 8–18 business days.
Do you charge for shipping? No! We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all footwear orders shipped across the United States. There are no hidden handling fees or minimum purchase requirements.
How can I track my order shipment? As soon as your shoes are handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your custom tracking number and tracking link. Tracking details typically become live and traceable online within 48 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes? Currently, we ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations outside the US.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your footwear to request a return. To be eligible, the shoes must be completely unworn, unused, with all original product tags attached, and strictly in their original shoebox and packaging.
How do I initiate a return? To start a return process, please contact our support team at support@nextstride.shop. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how and where to send your package.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned footwear at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Discover, and Diners Club. We also support secure digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my shoe order? If you need to change or cancel your order (such as changing a shoe size or shipping address), please email us immediately at support@nextstride.shop. Please note that once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we may no longer be able to make modifications.
Is my payment data secure on your site? Absolutely. Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your financial and personal details are fully secured and encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology during the entire checkout process.
4. Sizing & Damages
What should I do if my shoes arrive damaged or the wrong size? Please inspect your shoes immediately upon arrival. If you notice any manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or if you received the incorrect size/style, contact us right away at support@nextstride.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a complimentary replacement instantly.
